Phase 2: Project Planning


Following the completion of the 'Where to start' guide, you are now ready to start planning your workplace transformation project. Before the form of any project can be conceptulised, your council must conduct a range of intrinsic research in order to have ALL information available to be fed into your projects' design. There are four key areas of research that must be conducted before moving onto 'Project Conception'.
