Phase 3: Strategy

Following the completion of Phase 2, Project Planning, you should be in a position to embark on the formation of your strategy that will underpin your workplace transformation project. Putting adequate time and resource into this stage is often overlooked by councils and ultimately causes many projects to fail.

Producing a robust strategy must follow the sequential steps outlined in the diagram below, working from left to right and vertically down.
