As part of London Sustainability Weeks LB Camden joined GOL on 14th June to present the latest tools and projects working to improve the sustainability of catering contracts.
The event brought together procurement officers and catering managers from many local authorities and health cares providers as well as suppliers to witness the launch of the project toolkit developed for the Meals on Wheels contract and the seasonal food charts developed by the PSFPI.
Feedback from the event revealed that 80% of respondants rated the quality and relevance of projects presented to their work as good or excellent.
