Shared Back Office and Support Services
As part of its approach to addressing common challenges, sharing best practice and pooling appropriate resources, the East Midlands Fire Services Regional Management Board has obtained funding from the East Midlands Regional Centre for Excellence.
Consultants will be commissioned to undertake a review into the existing provision of common and specialist back office and support functions across the East Midlands Fire Services.
