In recent weeks, we have received enquiries as to whether it is possible to update and run the successful Making the Most of Expenditure Analysis course.
This one-day course covers all there is to know about interpreting and exploiting information to best effect, as well as ensuring its quality and accuracy. This is a valuable skill, given the demand for new and sustainable sources of cashable savings in the coming years and the need for even greater collaborative working.

The course content has been updated to reflect recent developments. It is generic and applies regardless of the expenditure analysis tool or approach that may be in operation.
There is a non-refundable cost of £150 per person, which will be invoiced before arrival. This goes towards the cost of the production of the comprehensive notes manual and other overheads.
