Measuring improvment and efficiency with mietool

mietool is a major new resource for councils, designed to help:

  • measure the efficiency impacts of projects and to provide data for the new efficiency performance indicator
  • plan and measure the improvement value of projects, both to individual authorities and to the community, against all 198 national performance indicators

An awareness-raising session on mietool, was held on 22 May 2008. Following this session, delegates were given the opportunity to register for training.

Two training days were also held: one on 3 July and one on 9 July. For more information , please contact Jon Hanlon at jon.hanlon@londoncouncils.gov.uk
