Delivering the efficiency and service improvement agenda on a regional or sub-regional basis requires boroughs and other public sector organisations to review policies processes, and rules which were not necessarily designed to support collaborative working and knowledge/information sharing.
The LCE has developed a series of Pan London Management Strategies to help boroughs and other London public sector organisations remove barriers and move towards standardising on common approaches and policies. They are also a call to action, and we shall be working with both individual and groups of boroughs to help them implement the recommendations.
