Developing a Collaborative Strategy

Building on the review work undertaken by Hedra for the LCE, this paper summarises the areas where boroughs should be focusing to remove barriers to future collaboration.   The Society of London Treasurers (Gershon Sub Group) is working with the LCE to ensure that the main points of the strategy are implemented across London.
