The LCE, in collaboration with OGC, has finished a pilot project looking at the audit of telephony in two London boroughs. The key objective was to ascertain the scope of direct savings and the applicability of such audits to the UK public sector.
We are pleased to report that there is clear evidence that all local councils can make cashable gains in this area. The findings have been included in the document which is now a Pan London Management Strategy.
Delivering Savings through Telephony Audits
As a result of these findings, a framework agreement for telephony audit and associated services has been established by LB Barking and Dagenham.
