How to Be Successful Guides

The London Centre of Excellence recently merged with London's improvement body - Capital Ambition - and London Connects, the organisation which helps the public sector work more effectively through better use of technology.

The new organisation retains the name Capital Ambition, and is London's Improvement and Efficiency Partnership (IEP).

A website is being created for the new Capital Ambition, but in the meantime this site continues to be updated with all the latest information on efficiency.

Legacy documents include a set of guides produced by the Regional Centres of Excellence (RCE) Procurement Programme, which aim to transform local authority procurement and raise standards of service delivery.

Called How to Be Successful, each guide shows councils how to deliver efficiencies in key areas of their activity.  Guides are available in the following areas:
