Commissioning Services Framework
The East Midlands Centre of Excellence has designed the first ever framework for the commissioning of services for children and other community groups.

In addition to providing better quality of services, it is anticipated that the adoption of this framework will create huge savings across the region.
The framework is accessible through the handbook Regional Framework to Support the Commissioning of Children and Young People's Services and web site www.regionalcommissioning.co.uk.
