Meet the Provider event - November 2008

The London Energy Project (LEP) hosted a workshop, which was attended by 55 delegates, keen to hear information from service providers about the new flexible, aggregated, risk managed contracts available for London public sector customers, the bureau services available and new developments in energy management. Delegates were also able to meet on an individual basis with the service providers, which they reported was very useful.

The day focussed on enabling public sector customers to identify their business needs and therefore select a buying organisation that would most closely fit their requirements and deliver value.

  • Amanda de Swarte, LEP change manager, outlined the need for change, the typical barriers faced, the business case and the support available from the project.
