A User Group has been formed comprising representatives from London boroughs and the Procurement Agency for Essex (PAE).

It is actively working with NIP and the LCE to ensure that the CRS not only continues to help boroughs gain real benefits, but is also adopted in other regions. In order to realise the considerable benefits open to the authorities, the User Group is already determining improvements, requesting new functionality and offering process recommendations to enhance the service.
